1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Shipping Fee

• Flat Shipping Rate: AED 25 on all orders
  (No minimum purchase required.)

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

4. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Requirements

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
• A signature or OTP confirmation may be required upon delivery.
